Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ClickToPost (clicktopost.ca), operated by Active Trade & Marketing Corporation.
1. Eligibility
The service is for registered real estate salespersons/brokers invited by a participating brokerage, and that brokerage's administrators.
2. Your accounts and authorisation
By connecting a social account you authorise ClickToPost to publish posts to that account in accordance with the settings you choose (approve-first or auto-post) until you disconnect. You may revoke at any time in ClickToPost or the platform's settings.
3. Your responsibilities
- Review your settings; you are the advertiser of record for posts on your accounts.
- Comply with RECO/TRESA advertising requirements (including clear identification of your brokerage), TRREB/CREA rules and trademark use, and each platform's terms.
- Do not post listings you are not permitted to advertise or alter listing facts.
4. Listing data
Listing data is licensed from TRREB/PropTx and provided for the purposes permitted by that licence only; it is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. You must not scrape, resell or redistribute it outside the service.
5. Platform availability
Social platforms may change their APIs, limit posting, or revoke access. We do not guarantee that any post will be published or seen.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published on your instruction.
7. Suspension
We or your brokerage may suspend accounts that breach these terms or regulatory rules.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
